What is coaching?
Coaching is a powerful process that helps you create a life filled with purpose, joy, and meaning. Together, we’ll take an honest look at where you are, get clear on what you really want next, and design a plan to make it happen. I’ll offer perspective, support, and accountability as you redefine yourself and finally start doing the things you’ve always said you wanted to do.
My role is to be your cheerleader and accountability buddy as you take stock of your life, set and prioritize goals, tap into the strengths and skills you already have, and turn your intentions into action—so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and excitement about what’s ahead.

The Flight (One-to-One Coaching)
One-on-One Coaching provides the most support for navigating your midlife metamorphosis.
Private coaching clients receive 55-minute personalized coaching sessions, unlimited email access between sessions, and additional resources as needed to enlighten the concepts we cover.
Your sessions are scheduled individually in my online booking system (most clients meet with me once a week) and conducted online via Zoom, so no matter where you live or how busy you are, we can work together to craft what’s next for you.

The Kaleidoscope (Group Program)
A group of butterflies is called a kaleidoscope. Midlife Metamorphosis’s group program is for those who are craving community as they navigate the challenges of midlife. The program combines a monthly group training with a live group coaching call. In advance of our live call, you’ll have the opportunity to submit a question/topic to be coached on during the call.
Space is limited. Those on the waitlist receive first chance to join. Joining the waitlist adds you to my weekly email.

The Chrysalis (Self-Directed Course)
This 12-week self-guided journey is designed to help you independently craft your metamorphosis. Just like a butterfly spends time alone in its cocoon before emerging to join its group, your time in The Chrysalis is an excellent prelude to the work we’ll do together in the Flight or the Kaleidoscope.
